Prawn skewers with lemon, garlic and tabbouleh

The flavor of the prawns is enhanced by garlic. The fragrant skewers are complemented with tabbouleh and diced vegetables.

1. Shell the prawns but leave the tails. Detach and peel the garlic cloves. Brush the lemon with hot water and cut into small pieces.

2. Skewer the prawns, the garlic and the lemon in alternating order.

3. Prepare the tabbouleh according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and dry the tomatoes and the zucchini. Cut both into small cubes. Pour the tabbouleh into a bowl and add the vegetables. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add salt and pepper. Toss well.

4. Preheat the oven on grill. Place the skewers on a baking tray, drizzle in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 2 minutes on each side.

5. Divide the tabbouleh into 4 bowls. Serve the skewers with a lemon wedge.
