Chicken tajine with pineapples

1. Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and cut into cubes. In a small dish or bowl, mix the spices, garlic, lemon and diced tomatoes. Cut the pineapples into four pieces.

2. Brown the chicken over moderate heat with olive oil. Peel and cut the vegetables: onions, zucchinis, potatoes. Sprinkle with a 3/4 glass of water. Add the chickpeas, the raisins and the pineapples. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Remove the chicken and fry the onion. Once it is brown, add the vegetables and the chicken, then the contents of the bowl.

4. Leave to cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring from time to time.
