For your lunch breaks, prepare a delicious toasted sandwich with cheddar and pineapple chutney.

1. Place a slice of cheddar on 4 slices of bread, spread the pineapple chutney and season with pepper. Cover.

2. Heat the croque-monsieur machine. Grease it lightly, place the 2 toasted sandwiches and cook for 10 minutes. Then cook the second batch.

3. Cut the toasted sandwiches in half diagonally.
