General informations
Ingredients
1. Slice the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds. Place the pod in a pan with the honey and the juice of 2 oranges. Add the spices and leave to simmer.
2. Cut the orange and remove the flesh of 2 oranges. Add the starch diluted with 4 tablespoons of water in the pan. Heat until it thickens then remove the vanilla pod.
3. Whip the cream with the vanilla beans and crumble the shortbread.
4. Assemble the trifle. In a verrine, spread the honey marmalade, add a layer of shortbread and end with whipped cream.
