1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 - 200°C. Peel the oranges and grapefruits: with a small sharp knife, remove all the white parts. Segment the fruits.

2. In a bowl, mix the fruit segments with the cinnamon syrup, lemon juice and orange blossom water. Add the butter, flour, crumbled biscuits. Mix well.

3. Pour the mixture in 4 ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes.
