Nutella panna cotta
Let’s be honest, even grown-ups like nutella. So follow our nutella panna cotta recipe and enjoy!
1. Soften the gelatin in cold water.
2. Pour the cream, vanilla sugar and nutella in a saucepan. Heat until simmering. Remove from heat. Drain the gelatine and let melt in the cream while whisking .
3. Divide the cream into 6 ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Arrange the hazelnuts on a parchment paper.
5. Place the sugar in a saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon of water and place over low heat. Cook until an amber caramel. Never mix the caramel, it would bring air into the caramel. Off the heat add the lemon juice to stop the cooking. Pour the caramel over the nuts and let harden.
6. Before serving, break the caramel and sprinkle over the panna cotta.
