1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Melt the butter until an amber color. Remove from heat and let cool.

2. Whisk the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the icing sugar and mix well. Stir in the almond powder, flour and zest. Mix well with a wooden spatula. Pour the warmed butter in the mixture. Mix until a smooth paste without lumps.

3. Buttered and floured small financier moulds. Pour the batter until half of the mould, add 1 tablespoon of nutella and top with a thin layer of batter, leaving a large gap in the center. Place the moulds on an oven rack. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. Remove the oven, unmold on a rack and serve warm or cold
