Dried fruit tartlets

Follow our easy recipe to prepare tartlets with dried fruits. A delicious dessert for kids and parents.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Roll out the dough on the work surface and cut 4 disks the size of the tartlet moulds. Buttered the molds and transfer the dough, pressing firmly on the edges. Prick with a fork the tartlet shells, cover with parchment paper and garnish with dried beans. Bake for 10 minutes.

2. After baking, remove the beans and parchment paper. Spread the dried fruits in the bottom. Drizzle honey, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake again for 10 minutes.

3. Let cool for 5 minutes. Unmold the tartlets and place them on an oven rack.

Our baking tip: You can add walnut kernels and pine nuts.
