Watermelon and beetroot juice

For a thirst quenching drink, try this watermelon and beetroot juice. Light and refreshing!

  Ingredients

1. Remove the watermelon flesh from the rind and chop into small pieces. Remove all the seeds.

2. Peel the beetroots and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice into a cup.

3. Place the beetroots and the watermelon into a blender. Add the lemon juice. Blend until you get a thick and smooth juice. Add some ice water if needed. Season to taste.

4. Divide the juice into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
