Grapefruits, bananas and strawberries are a dynamic trio to give this delicious smoothie. Enjoy!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Place 4 glasses in the fridge. Peel and cut ginger into cubes.
Wash, remove the stalks and cut the strawberries in four and slice the bananas. Peel and segment the grapefruit.
2. Put the fruits, milk and ginger in the bowl of the mixer. Blend and refrigerate.
3. Pour into the glasses and garnish with a mint leaf.
