Champagne cocktail and sorbet
Champagne is a must for the end of the year festivities. Discover our cocktail recipe with champagne and sorbet.
1. The night before, prepare the sorbet with sugar, 15 cl of water and the lemon juice in a pan. Bring to a boil and mix constantly. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and leave to cool.
2. Add the champagne and pour into the sorbet machine and churn until a sorbet texture. Place in an ice tray and leave to freeze overnight.
3. Prepare the champagne cocktail the next day. Brush the limes and cut into fine slices. Place 1 teaspoon of raspberry cream with 1 fresh raspberry in each glass. Fill with ice and 1 shot of vodka and champagne. Divide the lime slices in the glasses. Serve with the scoops of champagne sorbet.
