Shrimp samosas

1. Wash, dry and chop the coriander. Shell the shrimps and place in a shallow plate. Pour in peanut oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper.  Sprinkle with ginger and coriander. Marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Melt the butter and brush the phyllo sheets. Cut them in half. Place 1 tablespoon of the marinated shrimps and fold the sides of the pastry over, to form a triangle

3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Bake the samosas for 15 minutes, until they are golden brown. Serve with a spicy sauce.

Our cooking tip: You can also serve this dish with a homemade tartar sauce. Prepare a mayonnaise, and then add in capers, pickles, chives and a little tarragon.
