  Ingredients

1. Drain the sardines and keeping the marinade Pour 1/2 of it into a bowl and toss the rest. Incorporate the St Moret cheese.

2. Shred the sardines with a fork then add the parsley. Mix to the St Moret cheese..

3. Spread the rillette on toast or on a piece of fresh bread.
