Mini cakes with herbs

Here’s an easy recipe to prepare mini cakes with herbs. These treats can be served as an appetizer.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Wash, dry, thin out 3 mint sprigs. Wash and chop the chives.

2. Mix the flour and yeast. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the flour and yeast. Gradually pour in the oil and milk, whisking. Salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs and mix.

3. Buttered small individual cake ramekins. Pour in the preparation. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Insert the tip of a knife in the center to check for doneness: it should come out clean.

4. Unmould the mini cakes on an oven rack. Decorate with the rest of mint. Serve warm or cold.
