Penne pasta with hazelnut sauce and vegetables
If you like pasta dishes, then you’ll love this recipe: penne with hazelnut sauce and vegetables.
1. Cut your 3 peppers into pieces, wash. Rinse the 2 celery stalks, cut them crosswise. Peel 1 carrot and dice. Peel and chop onion. Peel the garlic clove and cut into small cubes.
2. Cook all ingredients for 8 to 10 minutes in olive oil, stirring occasionally. Thin out 1 sprig of rosemary. Roughly chop 50 g of hazelnuts. Incorporate them with vegetables and 50 g of dried cranberries
3. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper, and the juice of 1 lemon. In boiling salted water, cook 400 g penne al dente. Drain and add to sauce. Toss to coat.
