Curry and shrimp risotto

Why not making a curry and shrimp risotto? Give a delicious and Asian variation on this Italian dish.

1. Press the half lemon and pour in a bowl.

2. Peel and chop the onion. In a pan, cook the onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add Arborio rice and mix until it becomes translucent. Pour lemon juice. Pour a ladle of white wine. Wait till absorption. Gradually pour broth. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Salt and pepper.

3. Wash, peel and cut the celery into sectionsCook for 2 to 3 minutes in a pan with olive oil. Add peeled shrimps, cook for 2 minutes, stir constantly.

4. in a small saucepan, pour 5 cl cream. Add curry, cook over low heat and keep stirring.

5. Combine the remaining cream to the rice. Stir. Add celery and shrimps to the mixture. Mix. Top with the curry cream and serve immediately.
