Make a French classic dish, cassoulet, but this time cook it with chicken. A gourmet dish.

Ingredients
1. The day before, soak the beans in cold water for 12 hours.
2. The next day, drain the beans and pour into a pot with thyme and carrots, peeled and sliced. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
3. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Prick the sausages. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the chicken and sausage.s Add the chicken strips and sausages to the pot. Salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
