Discover the flavours of Alsace with our bredele recipee. These little sweet cookies can be enjoyed as a dessert or snack.

  Ingredients

1. Knead all the ingredients to form a smooth dough.

2. Roll out the dough to 5mm thickness.

3. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 8-10 minutes at 150°C.

4. Remove the bredele cookies from the oven and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
