Curry sea bream fillets

Try your hand at this flavorful fish recipe with curry.

1. Peel and cut the onions into strips.

2. Peel and crush the garlic.

3. Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, and Peel. Cut the flesh into pieces.

4. Rinse the sea bream fillets into pieces.

5. In a wok or frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic.

6. Add the curry sauce, pepper and Nuöc Mám, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

7. Add the diced tomatoes.

8. Gently add the sea bream pieces on top, cover and cook 5 minutes.

9. Add coriander leaves to garnish.

10. Serve hot with rice.
