Burger fans: here’s an easy recipe to prepare with veal.

1. Heat 10g butter in a hot pan and cook 4 ground veal patties for 1 minute on each side. Let them cook for 6 minutes on low heat with 10 g butter and 1 tablespoon sunflower oil.

2. Season and place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of veal. Cut 4 burger buns in half and place them under the broiler. Spread ketchup and mustard, add a slice of tomato, sliced gherkins, iceberg lettuce, and close.

Our tips: a potato gratin is a great side dish or brush small potatoes with coarse salt, cut in half lengthwise (without peeling) and place in the oven and drizzle oil. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and garlic powder. Flip from time to time.
