1. Coarsely crush the cornflakes either with a rolling pin or food processor.

2. In a bowl, whip up the whites  the whites with 1 pinch of salt. Add the egg yolks, ketchup, nutmeg, spicy sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix gently lifting the mass.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet. Pour flour in it. Roll first the chicken pieces in the flour, then coat them into the cornflake mixture.

4. Arrange them on the baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, turning the chicken regularly. Serve warm.
