Camembert and zucchini tart
We suggest you a tart recipe with camembert and zucchini. To be served as a starter.
1. Roll out 1 puff pastry dough, lined parchment paper on an oven tray. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6).
2. Wash and dry 3 firm zucchinis, cut them into very fine strips. Scrape a little of the crust of 1/2 a camembert with the tip of a knife, then cut into fine slices.
3. Crush the 30% fat cream cheese squares with pepper and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Spread the mixture on the dough and place the slices of camembert and zucchini on top, overlapping them slightly.
4. Sprinkle the chopped black olives. Do not add salt, but season with pepper. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle 1 handful of fresh arugula before serving.
Our tip: Depending on the seasons, you can replace the zucchini with other vegetables : leeks, asparagus, cabbage, turnips etc, and the arugula with other types of salad.
