Start your meal with this timbale of wheat and crab. Perfect for a light entree.

  Ingredients

1. In a pan, heat the wine and the tomato sauce.

2. Add the drained crab and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Mix with the cooked wheat, place in verrines and leave to cool before serving.
