Grilled pepper with olive skewers

Les olives sont enroulées dans des lamelles de poivron préalablement grillées et font office d’amuse-bouche parfaits pour ouvrir l’appétit !

1. Cut the peppers in half and brush with olive oil.

Place them skin side on the grill. Cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. The skin should be grilled. Let cool, then peel and cut into strips, a little larger than an olive slices.


3.
Wrap the olives with the pepper strips. Thread with a wooden cocktail pick.

4. Arrange the miniskewers in a dish, garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme and serve as appetizers.
