Beef yakitori skewers

The meat is marinated 1 hour in a soy sauce-based preparation to be very tender and soak up the ginger flavor. Delicious!

1. Cut the meat into regular dice. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Peel and slice the red onions. Grate the zest of limes and squeeze the juice.

2. In a bowl combine soy sauce, sugar and ginger. Add the meat cubes and coat with the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

3. Divide the lime zest and chopped onions in 4 bowls. Sprinkle with lime juice and a little olive oil.

4. Thread the meat cubes on the skewers. Grill 5 minutes on the barbecue. Salt and pepper. Serve with the prepared onions.
