General informations
Ingredients
1. Brush 1 lemon under hot water, dry and zest.
2. Collect the lemon juice.
3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
4. Beat the cream into chantilly. Fold it with the lemon juice to the condensed milk, gently lifting the batter out.
5. Divide the mousse into 6 glasses. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Before serving, decorate with lemon zest. Serve immediately.
