Chocolate mousse

For a sophisticated, yet easy dessert, we suggest this chocolate mousse recipe in glasses.

1. In a pan, chop the chocolate and add 6 tablespoons of water. Melt the chocolate over a low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour it in a bowl.

2. Separate egg whites from yolks, adding one yolk at a time in the melted chocolate, mix well.

3. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt. Beat to firm peaks, then gently combine to the chocolate mixture.

4. Pipe the mousse in 6 glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
