Ingredients
1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Set aside 4 whole strawberries. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
2. Hull the strawberries and blend them with sugar and blend them with sugar. Over low heat, cook a quarter of the mixture. Remove the pan from the heat and add the drained gelatine leaves. Stir well until gelatine is dissolved. Add the rest of the blended strawberries and the plain yogurt.
3. Whisk the whipping cream into a firm whipped cream. Combine gently to the strawberry mixture.
4. Divide evenly the strawberry mousse in shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
5. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
