Cod with vegetables

On a bed of vegetables, the cod is sprinkled with white wine and then put into the oven for 35 minutes.

  Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C.

2. Peel the carrots, turnips and potatoes. Slice the vegetables. Peel and chop the shallots.

3. Peel the garlic clove and rub a baking dish with it. Then, oiled the dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

4. Arrange the vegetables in bottom of the dish with the chopped shallots. Place the fish on the bed of vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 10 cl of dry white wine and 10 cl of water. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake for 35 minutes.

5. Baste a couple of times during cooking. Serve in the baking dish.
