Goat cheese and potato tartlet tatin
It is possible to have an economic yet gourmet dish. Make this recipe of tartlet tatin with goat cheese and potatoes.
1. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. Wash the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, then peel and slice. Cut the cheese into strips. Rinse the parsley.
2. Buttered 4 tartlet moulds. Divide half of the potatoes into the moulds, cover with cheese, then the rest of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper.
3. Cut the puff pastry dough into 4 discs as the size of the moulds. Place on top and tuck the remaining dough into the mould. Prick the dough with a fork and bake for 2o minutes. Unmould and place on a plate. Serve with parsley.
Our cooking tip: To vary the taste, replace the goat cheese with blue cheese.
