Chicken breast with sesame and rice with shrimps

1. Rinse the rice under cold water, bring to a boil in salted water as indicated on the package, then drain. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts, sprinkle with paprika and sesame seeds.

2. In a pan heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and butter, cook the chicken breasts over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, then cover and set aside.

3. Peel, chop the onions and let brown with the remaining oil. When cooked, remove from heat add soy and shrimp. Mix, cover and set aside.

4. Divide into bowls the cooked rice, minced chicken, bean sprouts and onion shrimp. Sprinkle soy sauce, chopped coriander, paprika and sesame seeds.
