Stir-fry chicken breast with rice and broccoli

1. Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash with vinegar and water. Rinse with clear water. Place them in the steamer basket and cook 15 minutes, salt and pepper.

2. Cook rice as indicated on package. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.

3. Heat oil in the wok and stir-fry the chicken for about 5 minutes, salt and pepper. Over high heat, dilute the chicken broth with 2 glasses of water.

4. Divide rice, broccoli florets and chicken into 4 bowls. Pour over juice. Serve immediately.

Our cooking tip: you can add bean sprouts and mini corn cobs. Serve with soy sauce.
