Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). In a saucepan, make a brown caramel with 100 g sugar and 25 g of water. Pour into an aluminum tart pan and let cool.
2. Peel and slice 4 potatoes. Peel 4 apples and cut into quarters.
3. In the tart pan, arrange the potato slices in a rosette shape, and apples also shaped in rosette, finishing by the middle.
4. Then place the puff pastry dough on top and bake for about 15 minutes.
5. Allow to cool, unmold. Sprinkle with 40 g brown sugar, caramelize the tart with a torch.
Our cooking tip: If you don't have a torch, you can place the tart in the oven on grill position.
