General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C. Mix almond powder with sugar and whole egg, then combine margarine.
2. Line parchment paper on a baking sheet. Roll out the puff pastry on floured surface. Prick with a fork. Cut 12 discs of 10 cm diameter.
3 . On 6 discs, spread the frangipane mixture, leaving an edge. Add the lucky charm. Place the second circle on top matching the edges of the circles. Press all around the edges to glue them together. Whisk the remaining egg yolk with water and brush the surface.
4. With the point of a knife, create a design on top. Bake for 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
