If you have left over turkey, turn it into this rich pie with puff pastry.

Ingredients
1. Pour 1 bowl of béchamel sauce into a large bowl. Cut the turkey into thick cubes and add them into the bowl. Place 1 can of chopped and drained mushrooms and 1 large handful of shredded gruyère cheese.
2. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Prick the puff pastry dough with a fork. Grease an oval dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Place the dough over the dish, leaving more than half behind. Pour the turkey mixture and close by pressing the sides with a fork.
3. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with a little water. Brush the dough with the egg wash and bake for 20 minutes.
