General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at th. 7 – 210 °C. Peel and chop the onion. Place the chicken in the middle on a large oven tray with chopped onions. Sprinkle oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour.
2. During this time, peel the apples. Remove the core and seeds, and cut into large quarters. Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the apples. Salt and pepper, then cover. Keep warm and set aside.
3. Wash and dry the branches of sage. Remove from the oven and cut the chicken into pieces and divide them on the plates with the apples. Sprinkle sea salt and decorate with sage. Serve.
Our cooking tip: You can replace apples with quince.
