Breaded cheese balls with cranberries

Start your meal with these breaded cheese balls with cranberries and sesame seeds.

1. Chop the dried cranberries finely. Wash and drain the herbs. Loosen the parsley and thyme. Chop the herbs. Mix it with the cranberries and sesame seeds. Pour in a shallow dish.

2. Knead the cheese with salt and pepper. With a spoon, make balls as the size of a nut. Roll them in the cranberry and sesame mixture. Transfer onto another plate, cover with cling film and set aside in the fridge until it is time to serve.

3. Peel the orange, remove the white membrane and the seeds. Loosen, wash and drain the salad.

4. In a bowl, combine the cranberry juice with the oil with a whisk. Incorporate the creme fraiche and the horseradish. Add salt and pepper. Whisk to obtain a smooth sauce.

5. Arrange the salad on plates with the orange segments and the cheese balls. Sprinkle with the sauce before serving.
