Ingredients
1. Chop the turkey fillets into fine strips lengthwise.
2. Peel and chop the onions including its stems.
3. In a wok, melt the butter and cook the onions for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the turkey strips. Cook until golden brown.
5. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle sugar and leave it to slightly caramelize. Season with sea salt and pepper.
6. Pour in the yogurt and mix well. Season to taste. Serve immediately.
