Chicken skewers with yogurt sauce
For your barbecues or picnics, what about a gourmet recipe to prepare chicken skewers with yogurt sauce?
1. Cut 400 g chicken breasts into pieces. Place them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Wrap and let stand for 1 hour in the fridge.
2. Mix 1 Greek yoghurt with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Refrigerate. Peel 4 spring onions, cut the green stem and wash. Cut them in half.
3. Wash 2 nectarines and cut into chunks. Wash and dry 8 snow peas. Thread the chicken pieces onto bamboo spikes alternating nectarine, spring onion and snow peas. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds.
4. In a large skillet, melt 50 g of clarified butter, and cook the skewers.
Our cooking tip: You can make sauces with different types of yogurt: Greek, velvety. Change the seasoning by adding lime zest, bird pepper, spices, honey, rice vinegar...
