Minced meat lasagna with onions and bell peppers
Take your time to make these sumptuous lasagna with minced meat, onions and peppers. A dish that will delight gourmets.
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Wash and remove the seeds of the bell peppers and tomatoes. Then cut them into small cubes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and toss the garlic with the diced bell peppers. Then cook for 10 minutes while stirring. Empty the pan and replace with the meat and onions. Toss over high heat and pour in the white wine. Add the tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Pour the cooked bell peppers back into the pan and season to taste.
3. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour in the milk. Season to taste. Leave to thicken while stirring. Incorporate the grated parmesan.
4. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 6/7). Spread a layer of béchamel on a gratin dish and add a layer of lasagna. Cover with meat. Repeat, alternating the lasagna with the meat. End with a layer of lasagna. Cover with béchamel. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
