Lamb with apples

A lamb recipe is always delicious. When it is decorated with apples sautéed in butter, it becomes irresistible.

  Ingredients

1. Wash the apples and cut them in half. Remove the core and seeds.

2. Melt the butter in a pot, add the apples, pour a glass of water and cook covered for 10 minutes.

3. Peel and slice the onion. Wash, dry and thin out the basil. Cut the meat into small cubes.

4. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion. Add the meat cubes and let them brown for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with ras el hanout, salt and pepper.

5. Divide the apples in 6 plates and top with the meat. Drizzle with cooking juices and sprinkle with basil leaves. Serve warm.
