Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Wash the apples. Cut into thin slices. Remove the seeds. Grate the orange zest.
2. Melt 30 g butter in a pan with 100 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Place the apples to caramelize on both sides. Grease a cake pan with a butter. Arrange the apple slices and drizzle with caramel.
3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat with the remaining sugar until the mixture turns pale. Stir in the yogurt and orange zest, then oil, flour and yeast.
4. Pour the batter over the apples. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool the cake and unmold.
