Lamb casserole
Gourmand Asia recommends this gourmet lamb casserole dish for your whole family
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Peel the carrot and the turnips, then chop into small cubes.
2. Flour the pieces of lamb. Heat oil in a large pot and brown the meat on both sides. Remove the meat and put the garlic, onions, carrots and turnips in the pot. Pour 2 tablespoons of boiling water and skim the cooking juices with a wooden spoon. Place the lamb back into the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the bouquet garni and 60 cl of boiling water. Leave to cook for 20 minutes.
3. Pour the crushed tomatoes with their juices into the pot. Then cover and cook for 50 minutes.
4. Divide the stew into 6 mini casserole dishes. Serve immediately.
