Chicken skewers with pears

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for chicken skewers with pears.

  Ingredients

1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Place in a large shallow dish.

2. Peel and crush the garlic. Wash and finely chop dill and mint. Squeeze the lemons. Add in the dish with chicken diced. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt and pepper. Cover the dish with cling film and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

3. Peel the pears and remove the coret and seeds. Dice.

4. Drain the chicken from the marinade and thread, alternating, a piece of pear and a piece of chicken. Place in a steamer for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately with basmati rice.

Our cooking tip: You can replace the pears with granny green apples. And use turmeric instead of mint.
