Ingredients
1. Cook the orecchiette according to the time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, grate mimolette cheese and make parmesan shavings with a peeler.
2. Drain the pasta, then put in the pan. Add the ricotta, mimolette, salt, pepper and reheat for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring.
3. Divide the pasta among 4 plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve.
