For a delicious dessert, here is an easy recipe to make a clafoutis with prunes.

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5). Grease a springform pan, then arrange 300 g of pitted prunes in the base.

2. Beat 4 egg in a bowl, add 150 g of granulated sugar, and beat until the mixture turns pale. Stir in 5 tablespoons of sieved flour.

3. Bring to a boil 1 liter of milk in a saucepan, pour it gradually onto the preparation, while still beating. Pour into the springform pan and bake for 30 minutes.

4. Lower the oven temperature to 90°C (th. 3) and bake for 15 minutes.
