1. Peel and finely chop the onions.

2. In a bowl, combine the meat, onions, saffron, eggs and sesame seeds. Salt and pepper. Form meatballs, place them on a plate.

3. Heat 1 centimeter of oil in a pan. Dip the meatballs for about 5 minutes stirring constantly until they are golden brown.

4.Lower the heat and add the teriyaki sauce. Cook over low flame, stirring the meatballs in the sauce for 15 minutes.

5. Pour into a dish and serve hot.
