1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally without separating the two halves. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Garnish the chicken breasts with the mozzarella. Add some parsley leaves. Salt and pepper and close.

2. Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Pour the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in another plate. Pass the chicken in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet.

3. Place the meat in the pan and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Salt and pepper.
