General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5).
2. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into pieces. Steam for 20 minutes. Wash and cut leeks into sections. Steam for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the salmon fillets into thick slices. Arrange a potato layer in the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with a layer of fish, cream leeks. Salt and pepper. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Scatter the chorizo slices , pour the milk and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove the parmentier from the oven and serve immediately.
