Creamy pork chops with red cabbage and potatoes
We recommend you to prepare pork chops with cream, red cabbage and potatoes. You will get a delicious and hearty dish.
1. Wash the cabbage and chop. Peel, rinse and dry the potatoes. Then cut into pieces.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the red cabbage, sprinkle sugar and mix. Fry for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, the vegetable stock cube and pour in some water to cover. Salt and pepper to taste and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
3. Mix the cornstarch with the cream in a bowl.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook each side of the pork for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
5. Pour the cream and cook over low heat until you get a thick sauce.
6. Divide the pork chops onto 6 plate and sprinkle the sauce. Add the red cabbage and the potatoes. Sprinkle the thyme. Serve.
